SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS:

  • SHIPPING: Southern Cow and Craft will always try to ship ready to ship items same day or next day, excluding weekends & holidays. However, the maximum number of days for orders to ship is 3 business days. (If you need your order sooner, please email us and we will make every effort to ship same day).
  • Shipping for custom orders will vary depending on the piece and will be discussed during the design process.
  • Please verify your shipping address is correct BEFORE you place your order, refunds will not be issued for incorrect address input and any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • If you select LOCAL PICKUP at checkout, you will have 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) to pick up your order. Of course, if you need longer than 3 days, please reach out to us beforehand to make arrangements. Otherwise, after 3 days, your order will be put back into inventory and resold without a refund.
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages due to USPS or UPS mishandling and NO refunds will be issued. We will make every effort to locate your package or file a claim when possible.
  • RETURNS: All returns must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. NO exceptions!
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless it is a mistake on our part.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the merchandise is not in the original condition as it was received in an Unused & Unaltered condition.
  • No returns on sale items or custom-made items.
  • REFUNDS: Once items have been received and inspected, a refund will go to the original method of payment and may take 5 to 7 business days to process.
